Finding Peace Within Duality
I had a conversation with a friend recently on how to kindle a deep sense of inner balance, especially when we are torn between contrasting thoughts and feelings. Masiandia joined the conversation.
They spoke about how duality is part of an intricate system of complimentary polarities, and in how contrasting elements serve the larger whole.
Consequently, I created an image video in support of the message for your enjoyment. The first half of the video is dedicated to the spirit’s initial conversation, and the second part completes the message with a additional recording.

Duality is natural order of earth and spirit united
“Duality is two sides of the same coin, same vibration, same energy, same purpose.
“When it comes to human nature, there is simply no escaping this.
“There is no decision, good or bad, that doesn’t have its polar expression.
“Therefore, you cannot manifest your idea of perfection. It is impossible to manifest the perfect relationship, the perfect job, the perfect economy. It would be like expecting the weather to be sunny all the time. It is not sunny all the time. Expecting perfection is like wanting the day to never end, but night comes and shadows are present. Duality is intrinsically part of the law of natural order.
When it comes to physical reality – life on earth – there is no such thing as non-duality.
“Non-duality exists only within universal consciousness. Therefore, the moment that universal consciousness takes form, there is inevitable duality.
“But duality is not about either/or. It is the natural order of earth and spirit united, and the way in which polarities meet.
Dear ones, where there is love there is bound to be hatred.
The more love, the more anger and fear, because love doesn’t stop at the door – it shines on through. It goes into the nooks and crannies – to where shame resides. Love can’t help but seek its polar opposite. In the same way, abuse seeks its polar opposite – love. All lower vibrational forces seek higher vibrational surrender, and love is the doorway through which it enters.
“Alchemy healing – transformation – occurs when there is a joining between contrasting elements. This is when anger finds its true love – when it is held in deep acceptance and faith.
“Love reaches beyond the barriers that anger erects. Love holds anger as if it were a pure divine spark of life.
You see our dear friends, duality is intrinsic to human nature.
“We repeat ourselves – there is no such thing as non-duality, except for the understanding that duality is part of a whole system of interconnected balance.
“It is the moment that you evaluate reality as good or bad, right or wrong, that you get into trouble.
“You turn duality into a struggle, conflict between opposing forces, rather than accept that opposite elements join together to form an intricate tapestry of purpose and belonging.
Whatever you reject – whatever you deny – is profoundly painful.
“We liken this to the pain children experience in fractured families. When one parent criticizes the other, it is the child who suffers because the other parent lives within them. The other parent’s genealogy is well rooted in the child. Therefore, when a parent blames the other parent, it is the child who received the criticism.
“Nothing is separate. So, whatever you make wrong and reject goes into a state of conflict. But, duality is not meant to reside in conflict. Duality is a whole system that balances itself.
The key is to allow duality to balance itself by not reject anything.
“We are not suggesting that you become a doormat – an overly understanding and compassionate pushover. By being too permissive, you reject your boundaries – you override something very important – your ‘No’.
“The key is to welcome everything, even your ‘No’. Because then you can really say ‘Yes’.
“We cannot say this enough. Open the door to your inner wholeness. Open the door to let in all of you and all of life.
Life, real living, joy and abundance await your surrender.
“You have incarnate into this life for your greatest enjoyment. You can even appreciate the suffering in your life. You can celebrate the struggle long enough to become deeply at peace with it, deeply accepting, deeply in love.”
