My intent as a healer is to see you in your essential worthiness, and help you embrace all of you. The experience that I have gained over the past 14 years working with individuals, couples and groups, contributes to my skill, knowledge and empathy. And my own healing journey kindles resonance and respect for your unique healing process.

I trained as a psychotherapist through the Cura Institute for Integrated Learning in 1997, after realizing that I had a healing gift, which I wanted to support with counseling modalities. I also assisted in therapy-based support groups, learning through mentorship. In the first two years of my healing practice I recognized the need for trance work, which led to further my training in hypnotherapy in 1999.

Personally, my interest in healing and spiritual devotion began over 20 years ago, as I was drawn to esoteric arts, energy healing and counseling, because of a personal need to make peace with the past, trust my intuition and connect with truth. Over the years I have dedicated my life to evolving my understanding of the intricate union between soul and human embodiment, which has lead me to transpose ‘therapy’ into a spiritual practice, a healing journey of meditation through observation. It is this practice that I share with my clients, to help them identify with their inner resources and support their core-values.

For me, healing is a way of life; it is a spiritual practice that transcends limitations with deep acceptance and faith. It is an honour to join you on your journey of transformation with devotion and attentiveness.
