Personal Note

I have held an Integrated Therapy practice for the past twelve years, offering psychotherapy, channeled healing, spiritual counsel and bodywork, as well as workshop facilitation and healing circles. My spiritual path began over 20 years ago, dedicating myself to evolving a deep understanding of the intricate union between soul and human embodiment. Having begun therapy at the age of twenty-five, I have since transposed therapy into a spiritual practice of meditation through observation. It is this practice that I share with others as a tool for deepening self-value, inner resources and self-realization.

My healing gift developed through visual art. In its purist form, art transcends the ordinary through self-expression and humility. One connects with spirit and expanded states by getting out of the way and letting the art do itself. Therefore, it is through my artwork that I have discovered channeling, because it requires surrendering to the creative process. With Integrated Therapy, I surrender to the spirit’s message, as well as to what wants to happen naturally in the healing process. And I support others to do the same, because the more one relinquishes control the more in-depth the healing is.
